Is there a difference in quality between 150 and 300 dpi?

To determine the actual visible difference between 150 and 300 dpi, It’s important to keep in mind the printing process.

Overall printing process (Dye-sublimation)

Designs are engraved on the heated thermal paper these papers are known as dye sublimation paper. Then the heat and pressure are applied to the paper and the fabric when they are passed from the machine so that the designs are transferred to the fabric. The file with 150 dpi template, doesn’t seem low quality in the print as on the screen.

However 300 dpi will also be ok, but it will not have a bigger impact on the dye sublimation products.
