Once we receive the request for refund or your issues, we would require 4-5 business days to process and resolve the issue. We encourage your support as we would need details of the issue and the access of your staging/development store along with the login credentials (Admin, FTP, SSH, etc).
The money-back process generally takes up to 30 days for all of our products. As long as you share the issues within this period and we find that the product is malfunctioning, corrupt, does not work as described in the product page (based on the version you have purchased) or when issues can not be resolved, we will process the refund once we have the same request in an email.Â
