With our PrintXpand tool you will be able to automate the workflow and job allocation. But with the automation, you also need to track the job allocation. For that, you can peek into the software to track the job or you can download it to your system as proof.
To watch the job allocation list go to Job Schedule ➤ Manage Jobs, now you will be on the “Jobs” page.
Here you can see details like Job ID, Job Name, Customer Name, Job Status, and dates.
With this, you can know the job status of the product ordered by the customer. To download the job file click on the preferred “Job” and you will redirect to the “Edit Jobs” page.
To download the job file click on “Download Job File” and press the “Save” button to save it in your system.
