Yes, you can set the pricing for the multiple design areas and this is how you can do it.
Login to Backend
Navigate to Catalog -> Products.
You will land on the Products page where a list of all the added products is displayed. Now, to set the pricing for the multiple design areas, you have to click on the Edit button on the Action.
You will be directed to the Edit Page of that particular product. Here, by clicking on the Design Area button on the right side of the page, right slider will appear. Price section is displayed from where you can set the price for the multiple design areas.
