Yes, you can Delete the printable color by following the below steps.
Login to Backend
Navigate to the Product Configurator ➤ Manage Printable Colors, you will get the list of the printable colors.
You can view a list of printable colors, navigate to the action column.
Now open the printable color in the Edit mode.
After that, you will be redirected to the Edit printable color page here you can see the selected color details.
Here at the top of the page, you have to see the Delete button Click on it to remove the color.
You can delete multiple printable colors at once from bulk action on the listing page by clicking on the check boxes of those colors, also you can select all the printable colors by clicking on the Select All drop-down option.
Now, navigate to the Action drop-down menu, on the left side of the page. Select the Delete option accordingly to delete the selected colors.
By clicking on the delete option you will get the Conformation pop-up and click on the “OK ” button.
