Yes, you can apply the watermark on the designs. Whenever the customer downloads the image or design it will have your watermark.
Login to Backend
Navigate to the Stores ➤ Configuration, you will land on the “Configurations” page. Now scroll down to the “Watermark” section and do the following configurations.
Watermark Type: Select the Watermark type i.e. from Image or Text.
Add Landscape Image Watermark: Browse and upload the file to add the landscape image watermark.
Add Portrait Image Watermark: Browse and upload the file to add the portrait image watermark.
Text for Watermark Image: If you have selected Text in the Watermark Type, then you have to insert the suitable text for the watermark image.
After entering the text, click on the Create Watermark Image button. After doing all the configurations click on the “Save Config” button to save the configurations.

After the above configurations, the watermark will be saved. The watermark will be visible on the image once the user downloads it. Below is an example of it.
