Do You Provide Live Training and Other Technical Support?

Yes, we offer live training and technical support to our customers for the easy implementation of our tool. We also offer free installation of our tool. Basically, the support plans come in 3 packages namely basic, silver, and gold.

The basic plan includes 6 months of support, documentation, email support, bug fixing, feature update. The silver plan includes all the basic plan support with 5 hrs of training, chat support, and technical support for 30 hrs. The gold plan includes 12 months of support, training for 10 hrs, feature updates for 12 months, chat support, technical support for 60 hrs, and call support.
