What you need are just web availability and a mobile phone. It is a subcategory of e-commerce that does likewise this by means of cell phones.
Example – M-commerce includes banking apps like Paytm, in-app purchasing Amazon mobile app.
E-commerce
E-commerce refers to Electronic commerce. It relates to the buying and selling of items or services online using electronic mode. Generally, PCs and laptops are generally used to perform business exercises. So clients need to search for a spot to do their exchanges. One can do the shopping and make payments using electronic gadgets like laptops and PCs online.
Example – E-commerce includes Amazon, Flipkart, Olx websites.
