In this article, you will get know how you can download any customer order details, for this follow the below steps.
Login to Backend
Navigate to the Sales ➤ Orders, You will land on the other listing page.
Here you will get the list of all the orders. Now, open the order details by clicking on the View button in the Action Column.
You will land on the Order Information page, here under the Item Order section you have the View Details hyperlink click on it to see the Order details.
By clicking on the View Details you will see the designs of the product, here you can see the Configuration Details.
Here on the top right side, you can see the Download Item Order option by clicking on it the Order detail ZIP folder will be downloaded.
