Yes, your customers can apply and remove the pattern to all the parts of the product. Here is how they can do it.
Frontend
Your customers have to navigate to the Patterns tab. Here they will get all the patterns you have added from the backend.
If they apply the pattern to any part of the product then the Apply to All button will be Enabled. By clicking on it the effect will be applied to entire product..
By clicking on the Remove From All button effect will be removed from product
