Yes, you can enable/disable the testimonials and this is how you can do it.
Login to Backend
Navigate to Theme Flare -> Manage Testimonials.
By doing so, you will land on Manage Testimonials. Here list of testimonials are displayed. Select those that you want to enable/disable by clicking on the checkbox or you can also select all the listed testimonials by clicking on the Select All button.
Now, go to the Action drop down menu and select the Enable/Disable option.
