Yes, you can assign the different prices based on the multiple Design Areas. Here is how you can do it.
Login to Backend
Navigate to the Catalog ➤ Products, you will get the list of the products. Now open the product in the Edit mode and click on the Design area. You can insert the price for the design area.
Now you have to create the multiple design areas by following this article and insert the price for each of them. By following the above steps you can assign prices based on the Design Areas.
