There are certain files that you can upload for Image as well as for Patterns. In this article, you will get to know where you can upload the color image and pattern image with file format. Now follow the below steps.
Login to Backend
Navigate to the Product Configurator ➤ Manage Printable Colors, you will get the list of the printable colors.
Here You can view list of colors, navigate to action column.
Now, open the pattern on the edit mode for that click on the Edit button in the Action column.
After that, you will be redirected to the Edit printable color page here you can see the color details.
Scroll down to the Color Image, here you can see that you can upload only SVG, PNG, JPG, and JPNG image files.
Now, below the image section you can see the Pattern Image option, here you can upload only PNG, JPG and JPNG image files.
