Yes, you can assign the same template to multiple products. Here is how you can do it.
Login to Backend
Navigate to the Product Designer ➤ Manage Templates, you will get the list of the created templates. Now click on the Copy Action and the Product Selection panel will open up.
In this popup you can select the product to which you want to apply this template.
