The lock ratio lets your customer set the height and width in the proper format. The customer can insert the height & width of the canvas and change the unit in pixel, inch, centimeter as per the selected product’s canvas size.
All customers have to do is enable the Lock Ratio in the product designer tool.

Now your customer has to click on the Lock Ratio icon in the layer management feature.
