Overall Printing Process (Dye-Sublimation)

Dye sublimation is the process in which the designs are engraved on the paper. This paper is known as dye sublimation paper.  Then the heat and pressure are applied to the paper and the fabric when they are passed from the machine so that the designs are transferred to the fabric.

The file with 150 dpi template, doesn’t seem low quality in the print as on the screen.

However 300 dpi will also be ok, but it will not have a bigger impact on the dye sublimation products.

The file output with more than 300dpi will have a higher and shape image. Like the image with 600 dpi will possess higher quality standards as compared to the image with 200 dpi.
