The templates can be accessed by logging into the backend. There are various templates present for the About Us page like Apparel Theme and Card Theme. This is how you can change or add a particular template.
Login to Backend
In the Navigation panel, go to Theme Flare -> Theme Configuration -> Manage Page Layout.
Click on the Design button of About Us page on the Action column. By doing so, the About Us page will open to design.
On the left side of the Theme page, there is a Template icon. Clicking there, you can view the available templates.
Once you click on the Choose button, the particular template will be applied to the page.
