Login to Backend
Navigate to Theme Flare -> Manage Blocks.
By doing so, you will land on the Manage Blocks page. Here you can perform actions such as Edit and Delete.
These actions can be performed by clicking on the Select drop down menu and also by clicking on the Action drop down.
