You will get the reviews on a single page. Navigate to Marketing ➤ Pending Reviews you will get the list of all the pending reviews.
Now open the review in the Edit mode and you will see the Status field. Here you can change the status from Approve or Not Approved from Pending. You can also it Pending as per the requirement.
After all the configurations click on the Save Review button.
