To change the color of the header text, go to Stores ➤ Configurations ➤ Custom Header, you will land on the “Header” section of the “Configurations” page.
Header Top Background: Pick the background color for the header top.
Header Middle Background: Pick the background color for the middle part of the header.
After configuring, click on the “Save Config” button to save it for your store.
