While creating a design template, the admin can lock the specific object from the back end; it will restrict the customer to edit any object or the particular area.
Note: The lock feature will work only with the Admin Managed Custom Template feature.
Admin will get a lock feature on the right side, next to the crop feature in the designer tool under the “Tools” tab.
With this feature, you will have full control over the customization of any product. For the text object, customers can only change the text of the object and will not be able to color/font of the text objects. For image objects, customers can only change the image and the customers will not be able to apply effects.
Note: Lock feature is an Add-on; one has to additionally purchase it with the “Essential” or “Premium” package.
