With PrintXpand’ “Download image type” option the admins can select the image type in which customized image will be downloaded.
- To set/fix the downloaded image file type navigate to Stores ➤ Configuration.
- This will lead you to the configuration page.
- Under the PrintXpand section, go to the “Product Designer settings”.
- Navigate to the “General” subsection.
- Find the field named ‘Download Image Type”.
- Select the option from the dropdown, I.e PNG or JPG.
- Click Save, when done.
