In order to disable the PrintXpand tool navigate to the dashboard. In the left panel go to Stores ➤ Configuration. You will be redirected to the Global Configuration page.
Navigate to PrintXpand ➤ Product Designer Settings ➤ Product Designer Activation.
In the Enable Product Designer option, select No. And your product designer tool will be desabled. You can turn it back on simply by selecting yes in the same field.
