- Although PrintXpand ensures easy and smooth refund, certain costs such as the cost for installation and the customizations are non-refundable.
- In an instance where we have already processed a refund for a given product and the customer chooses to buy the same product ever again in the future, there will be no refunds for the following instances.
- The reason for refund must be authentic, valid and should have strong grounds. Reasons like ‘Change of Mind’, ‘Purchased for Evaluation’, ‘Purchased by Mistake’, and ‘Product No Longer in Use’ are not valid for the refund.
- If you have purchased an incorrect version (i.e. the version of the framework), you can bring it to our attention and we can work it out. In most cases, we will provide a compatible package in exchange.
