Yes, you can enable/disable the slider and this is how you can do it.
Login to Backend
Navigate to Theme Flare -> Manage Slider.
By doing so, you will land on Manage Sliders. Here list of sliders are displayed. Select those that you want to enable/disable by clicking on the checkbox or you can also select all the listed sliders by clicking on the Select All button.
Now, go to the Action drop down menu and select the Enable/Disable option.
