Yes, you can enable/disable the brand and this is how you can do so.
Login to Backend
Navigate to Theme Flare -> Manage Brands.
By doing so, you will land on the Manage Brands page. On this page, there is a list of Brands displayed. Here, to enable/disable the brand you have to select brands by clicking on the checkbox or to select all the listed brands click on the Select All drop down button.
Then, go to the Action drop down where Enable and Disable options are displayed.
