Yes, you can enable/disable the slider from the edit page.
Login to Backend
Navigate to Theme Flare -> Manage Slider.
By doing so, you will land on Manage Sliders. Here list of sliders are displayed. Select the particular slider and click on the Edit button in the Action column.
You will land on the Edit Page of that particular slider where there is a Toggle button to enable the slider in Enable section. Set the toggle button to No in order to disable the slider and to enable, set the toggle button to Yes.
After the configurations, click on the Save button.
