Yes, you can enable/disable the brand from the edit page and this is how you can do so.
Login to Backend
Navigate to Theme Flare -> Manage Brands.
By doing so, you will land on the Manage Brands page. On this page, there is a list of Brands displayed. Now, go to the Edit button in the Action column. You will land on the Edit page of that particular brand.
When you scroll down, the Enable section is present. From here you can enable the brand by setting the Toggle button as No and you can disable it, by setting the Toggle button as Yes.
